You need to make individual variables of multiple responses in Epidata software. eg Risk factors of stroke(RFS) are multiple responces:

RFS 1Hypertension: Yes/No

RFS 2 Diabetes: Yes/No

RFS 3 Atrial fibrillation: Yes/No

RSF 4 Smoking : Yes/No  

Dear.Dr.Yalemzewod,

For multiple respondes questions, you should transfer each respond as a single question with yes or no answer.
