Hello,

There are two types of RP: one is in part module (active to the part) and the other is in Assembly module (related to the assembly). You cab specify RP either in coordinates or point. After you create the RP, you can use constrain in interaction module to link RP with your pendulum. And then, in load module you can specify the BC/load to RP to control your pendulum movement.

Part module>Tools>Reference point

For assigning an angular velocity 

Load module>BC>create>velocity/Angular velocity

Dear Parnian,

Follow step 1 part module(active to the part) to Step 2 tool to Step 3 create reference point. I just see the khaled has correctly showed the display window board of ABAUS/CAE 6.14-model database. Similarly you can follow suit. Select parts- click on module-select tools and click cursor on reference point.
