How can I correct my mistaken confirmation?

I was asked for being author for the below person - Jens H. Nielsen- for my paper in below. Since there was a name similarity I have confirmed but later I have noticed that Jens H. Nielsen from Kopenhagen University is not the same person with Jens Nielsen.
