Anytime you use a different electrode you just need to know how much it shifted and you can add/substract the number to convert to NHE.

To convert the potential of reference electrode Ag/AgCl to NHE, you need to consider one important factor that is pH of the electrolyte solution.

In general people use following equation to convert the potential at standard condition:

E(NHE)=EAg/AgCl+E0Ag/AgCl+ 0.059*pH
