There are lots of availabe routines in which we can use UTC time as input to estimate the solar Geometry including Solar Zenith and Azimuth angles. BUT I would like to do the conversion in the inverse direction.
I have some kind of vectors and matrices in which all my data are based on the Solar Zenith angle (SZA) and solar azimuh angle (SAA) values. Now I would like to convert these SZA, SAA parameters to the UTC time.
Is there any available routine to do so? It might be better for me if it would be in MATLAB or IDL?
I would appreciate any help is somebody can provide.

There seem to be several converters that take position and UTC time to calculate solar angles, I found this one in MATLAB that you could try and reverse:

I have used the reverse engineering of an available routine from the following website from NOAA to compute time from solar position and location information

As a result I have a complex number, which shows the time (it should contain information about hour, minute and second)
I would appreciate if anybody could share if any idea exists about '' how can I have an estimation of the UTC time from such a complex number?''
