I am analyzing mass spectrometry data.  My collaborator sends files as .RAW and I need to convert them to the universal .mzXML before searching in another program.  The MassMatrix (program I am using to search) conversion tool requires XCalibur, but  I do not have XCalibur and do not want to pay for it.  How can I make this conversion?
