How can i compensate for the phase distortion caused by the high pass filter on PCB 442b104(conditioner) and the low pass filter on NI USB-6259?

I am collecting data with DAQ equipment to measure compressor imbalance.

Since the output data passes through the filter, it will be a phase distortion. i want to compensate it.

Does anyone know how to do it?
