RWH structure consists of a soil dike with dimensions; height up to 5 m, crest width up to 2 m and the length up to 60 m without any rolled. It also has a spillway. The main purpose is to retain rainfall for irrigation, and it was implemented traditionally in dry regions. These techniques are almost empty for the whole year because of the variability of rainfall (less than 250 mm).
