How can I calculated UV spectrum with alpha and betha adsorption separately by gaussian?

I want to calculate UV spectrum for some magnetic molecules which plot UV according to adsorption of alpha and beta spin. In some theory that I readed, said we could gained this result but I don't find any manual or paper for gaussian package.
