How can I calculate Young’s modulus of α-Ti (hcp) along various orientations from elastic constants?

I want to know the Young’s modulus of α-Ti along [0001], [10-10], and [2-1-10]. I have measured values of five independent elastic constants (C11, C33, C44, C12, C13) from literatures. Please show me how to calculate the Young’s modulus from these values, or introduce related articles.
