So, I want to determine the yield stress, the consistency and the rate index '' by using flow curves of the Herschel–Bulkley model.

Did you mean that you want to calculate the yield strength from the flow curve data?
The first value of the curve is the yield strength and the you can fit the flow curve to get the two coeffiecients of the model.
Thank you sir Ditho, yes that's what I was trying to say, but when I calculate these constants by this method, the two cuves are note similar.

You need to upload your data to show us the problem. The first value is certainly not necessarily the yield stress and Herschel-Bulkley may not be the right equation - it depends...

Aghiles Hammas Do you know how can we calculate viscosity once we have all three parameters of the Herchel Buckley model? For my data, the n value is less than 1.
Hi Gaurav Pradhan , the value of viscosity is that of the consistency [Pa.s] obtained by Herchel Buckley model.
