How can I calculate the pI value of only surface exposed amino acids present in a protein. Is there any software available for that. Whether ExPASy ProtParam has this feature for calculating the pI values of a protein considering only its surface amono acids? After calculating the pI value I want to know whether I will be able to seperate my protein through ion exchange chromatography?
