I've modeled a 2D, 6 story RC moment frame with openaees and did pushover analysis. I've obtained performance point but the but the target performance not be satisfied. Now I want to use BRB knee braces for strengthening it, how can I obtain the optimum cross sectional area for each brace?

You can propose a section and re-run the pushover analysis in order to observe how much force the proposed bracing members would take, say to the point of structural yielding. With those forces you can then design the bracing and run the analysis back again to see whether the sections design perform as you want. This would imply an relatively short iterative process.
1. On the basis of lateral force acting on the floor, formulate equation for cost or strength optimization with taking width and depth of the cross-sections of braces as design variables and use any of the approximate optimization algorithms.
2. Or simply take random cross-sections and performs push-over analysis for every set of values and find optimum one.

whats your purpose of calculate this section?
If you want to design a really structure you should use ready sections and that my be over design and not problem, on the other hand you have a moment frame, if you want use brace in moment frame Iran's regulations suggest to analysis and design braces for 30% of loads.
