I need to simulate the fluid behaviour at time t=3.27sec. For this case how to calculate the number of time steps....and predict the fluid behaviour .

I want to complete that with this fact that this is true while you have converged in each time step, so when a fluent flow time is tantamount to a real flow time that residuals be enough low in a time step.

Are you using implicit schemes so that the timestep is not constrained by stability criteria ?
Usually the timestep is chosen so as to capture the physical phenomenon involved in the simulation. Usually turbulence scale give the timestep.
Are you performing forced motion or aeroelastics simulation ?
