You have to calculate 1 - C/C0, then plot time versus 1 -C/C0.
Select the data, go to Analysis -> Mathematics -> integrate -> Open Dialoge.
Just click Ok, and the area will be calculated and be shown on the right side of the screen.
Don't forget that the first data point must be at t = 0, or very close to 0.

I don't use Origin, but there must be a function for numerical integration to answer your question. For Area 1 integrate under the curve from 0 to Vb and subtract that result from the area of the rectangle containing Area 1. Similar for Area 2.
In your message to me you said the x-axis was days, but the plot shows a volume. Also, to be clear, you are asking for the areas of the two shaded regions - correct?
