I have a lot of journals regarding finding out VB and CB for n-type semiconductors from Mott-Schottky plots where MS slope is positive but I cont able to find out VB and CB for p-type semiconductors from Mott-Schottky plots where MS slope is negative. Please help me.

find the correct value(s) of the interfacial capacitance Ci, determined by modeling[1] of the EIS (Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy)[2] Z-spectra, measured under some Vdc polarization parametric value(s) applied on your Schottky(-barrier) junction device[2,3,4].
