In thermodynamic books for supercritical water only enthalpy and entropy are calculated up to 400 bar , but i need enthalpy and entropy of supercritical water in the range of 250 to 650 bar, i want to know , is there any formula for that ?

You can invoke the IAPWS equation also at http://thermoc.uni-koeln.de .
The answer from Philipp Rehner is not strictly correct, as the NIST webbook uses the EOS that Matthis Thorade indicates rather than the industrial formulation IF97. Both will yield similar values though
