Thank you so much for your explanation but can you tell me in isothermal studies which value we used in theoretical data. I understand how to calculate chi-square test but which value used in theoretical data I can't understand. Please explain it.
I have run the experiment and I got the experimental data but suppose Langmuir equation
1/qe=1/qm+(1/KLqm)(1/Ce)
Which parameter is used in theoretical value? Could you please explain it? If qe is experimental value so can we use qm as a theoretical value? please clarify it.
In the equation for Langmuir isotherm qe is your experimental adsorption capacity and qm is the adsorption capacity for the Langmuir model or the maximum adsorption capacity. For the Chi-square use the following equation
X^2 =∑〖(qe(exp)- qe(cal))〗^2/qe(cal)
where qe(exp) is the adsorption capacity for the experimental results and qe(cal) is the adsorption capacity of the Langmuir model or the maximum adsorption capacity.
