My work in on estimation of concentration of arsenic value form fish liver. To know the metal composition of my sample, i digested 0.5 g of liver sample and made volume up to 10 ml(original sample).

for ICP-MS i need to bring its TDS(total dissolved salts) up to 500 ppm , so further diluted sample by 20 ul origanl sample + 50 ml deionised water to get TDS around 500ppm.

Then, after filtration , my ICP-MS readings are like 16.359 ppb.

can any one help me out to find arsenic content form above liver sample in ppm unit and also in mg/g and ug/l...
