How can I calculate and draw radiation pattern of an antenna by using CST?
I want to calculate and draw radiation pattern (E-plane and H-plane) of antenna by using CST, please mention the steps or send the steps in figures

CST cannot tell which is the E or H plane, it only decomposes the farfield components in the orthogonal parts theta and phi. You need to relate the E-plane (usually the plane where the element currents are aligned to) to the phi or theta components that cst uses. Therefore its a nice practice align the antenna model so that an easy farfield identification is possible. For instance, in case of a wire/dipole antenna, draw the wires along the z axis, by doing so the copol is gonna be the theta and the cross phi.
There are further ways of doing it, in the farfield properties of cst (such as Ludwig or align the main axis to the maximum), you might take a look into them.

Farfield radiation patern can be drawm by farfield result on CST.
This radiation may plot in 2D , 3D..., or polar plotdl depand on your own results that you need.
The main point as Mr Marcelo wrote in CST cannot recognised between E and H-plaen. However, you can set Phi=0 degree or phi =90 degree to plot E- and H-plaen respectively. This depends on which axis Z, X or Y seems a orthogonal on your E-plaen
Adding to both the above answers, in CST you need to declare far field monitors. In navigation tree, right click on 'Field Monitors' and add a new field monitor. Apart from far field, there are other results that can be calculated. For farfield calculation, choose 'Farfield/RCS'. You need to precise individual frequency points on which you want the far field data. Once you have calculated far field data, you can use post processing options to play with data.
Once all the farfield data has been calculated, you can choose phi/theta planes to identify co and cross pol. Use 3D plot to identify which is which.

I understood your counseling.
In some of the papers mention that radiation pattern had been calculated and drawn by using CST.
My steps.
1- I put the antenna planar structures on XY plane.
2- Used filed monitor to calculate farfiled at the certain frequency.
3- I choose Post processing>> Template based post processing>> farfiled and antenna prpoerties>> farfiled results>> Directivity, constant theta 90>> all setting>> In farfied setting I choose E-plane or H-plane.
But the results of radiation pattern didn't agreement with paper results, note the S11 and Gain were agreement with paper results.
are my steps true ???

You do not need to post process. At the bottom of the navigation tree, you'll see all the far field results.
Secondly, matching results with state of art may be a different problem altogether! Try verifying if the simulation is set up well.It may be possible that you are not applying correct mesh. If there are small dimensions in your structure, try to apply a finer mesh to these areas. This can be done by right clicking on the component and changing the local mesh properties. As a rule of thumb, make sure that each dimension has at least three mesh cells.
