How can I build a Look-Up Table in order to retrieve aerosol optical thickness from Landsat 8 images?

Hi everyone,

I want to derive aerosol optical thickness(AOT) from Landsat 8 images. I need a look-up table that contains 6S atmospheric parameters, but I have no idea how to build such a look-up table and how to apply it to landsat images in order to retrieve AOT maps at pixel level. can anybody help me with that?
