Fused silica bonding methods mostly requires high temperature (800+ ° C), however kapton becomes unstable at temperatures higher than 450° C.

The device needs to be transparent and requires certain dielectric properties, therefore, intermediate materials are most likely to be unsuitable.

How can I bond fused silica and polyamide in this condition?
