For landslide susceptible mapping I have some influencing factors like, slope, elevation, distance from road etc.... but now how can I apply above mentioned models to get landslide susceptible map?

If you want to use machine learning tools, you have to first do the pre-processing of data (like classifications) in GIS and then convert your data to numerical form. This is how you can apply an intelligent model to your spatial database. After proper training of the model and capturing the relationship between the landslide and conditioning factors, you apply it to the whole area to develop a landslide susceptibility map.

Hope you will be with first level of attributes that illustrated the scenario. Hope u are trying to map the variables influence the landslide. Before starting with applying the machine learning algorithms check with statistical tests and ensure class balance is their . Else try to normalise and preprocessing then proceed with algorithms .
