I have Raman mapping data from the NTMDT AFM and I'd like to be able to overlay topography and the Raman data. I'd also like to eventually overlay nanoindentation or force data on top of this as well.
Need to image mesoporous silica nanoparticles using the TEM. Also, need high resolution TEM images to see the mesoporous structure. Kindly suggest what kind of grids to use. Thanks, Shatadru
