How can I analyze a SAD pattern of a monoclinic crystal structure?

You need to measure at least 180 deg of the diffraction pattern so you have at least all anomalous differences measure once. 360 deg will give you two measurements for each difference. You meed these to determine phases then do solvent flateming on the maps to resolve phase ambiguity.
