I helped with the English translation of a French medical article which got published in a scientific journal with a DOI. How can I add it to RG although the drop-down menu does not include a section for translated works? Many thanks.
When you go to "Add Your Research," there are options to upload unpublished papers.

I think, once the article has been published, it is possible to upload it as "a published article", but it demands that you are one of the authors, if you are not, the article is by now has its own authorship rights.
Some authors of published articles refer to those who helped acknowledging their efforts and thanking them usually in" acknowledgements" section.
