Conservation or rehabilitation programs for different organisms have been increasing throughout the years. In reference to the Natural Selection Theory by Charles Darwin, will such organisms develop a somewhat dependence on humanity, thus lowering rates of "survival of the fittest" (which then leads to evolution)?

The human activities which change the nature ( including climate, deforest, pollution, ...etc. ) overcome the effort for genetic conservation because the huge environment changes represent strong motor for the natural selection to eliminate several genotypes and cause large-scale extinction which maybe leads in the future to mass extinction.
