I used the CST software to simulate the design. Can we plot this graph with the help of CST software?

There is an option in the post-processing section of CST. I agree with Farooq Abdulghafoor Khaleel
that exporting and plotting in Matlab is a good option.
If you define refractive index as a parameter and do a parameter sweep, CST draws the graph you want automatically as default. You can get results for every parameter combination from multiple sweeps, all on the same graph, so long as you don't change the model, by adding a parameter, for instance, which then deletes past results.
