For modal or direct-integration time-history analysis, as solving time history analysis depend on integration, time increment should be 1/10 the shortest time period of interest to accurately capture response.
So run modal analysis and record the shortest time period and compare it with 1/10 the time increment, if the increment is less than 1/10 time increment (but not greatly less than it), it is ok, else it is not accurate.
Well , I have just solved this problem. It is mostly beacuse of the format of your Accelaration time-history records files! Please check your accelearation records files, if the format of time values in the file is prented as "Scientific notation",like "5.00e-3", then just change the format as normal Numerical one, like"0.005" . Hope it will work.
