The oldest civilizations painted on caves and rocks to record significant stories and events. Similarly graffiti art has been around since the early 1970s and the break out period was early to mid 1980s through to mid to late 1990s. Street art become to pick up moment from early 2000s and graffiti and street art do not seem to be declining. The urban art form has encapsulated cities worldwide with is individuality, cultural links, social expression and ability to soften an environment's harshness. A system needs to be implemented for all citizens to connect with street art or simply plan for better 'urban fabric' that does not continually wrestle with art form and illegalities.
