It is unclear whether you have interviewed one executive or several. If there is only one participant, then that would be a case study. If you interviewed a series of executives, then you would have fairly typical piece of qualitative research. I recommend choosing one or two journals where you might want to send your paper and reading some of the qualitative articles that have been published there. This will give a set of "models" that you can use for writing up your research.

I think the best way to proceed is to pick the journals in your field that interest you, and then read the abstracts of papers in those journals to determine which of them accept qualitative articles.
