i have been working on plant growth promotion induced by Bacillus strains (PGRP and Endophytes). i want to quantify the change in the concenteration of Auxin, gibberellin, cytokinin and ethylene in the Plant tissue. kindly, suggest me some methods published in good journals so that i may be able to do my experiment in better way.

Ayaz, my major interest in such work is to establish, what kind of difference in biochemical behavior , you observe when the same Bacillus strain isolated through rhizosphere versus isolated from inside the plant roots is evaluated either in-vitro or in-vivo. If there is a difference in response, either at molecular level , tissue level or whole plant level , what are the underlying mechanisms involved to define such differential responses , if there is any....
