How anyone feels about reverse assessment will this make anyone feel inadequate in their profession if students were to dictate their own standards ??

Assessment practices--reviewing this in terms of assessing learning standards and competency. One assessment method I stumbled accross is reverse assessment where students are allowed to set their own assessment standards and just wondering how everyone feel if the student was placed in the expert's position??

What do we do with professors if they are not needed. Students can help with self-ratings but the university must stipulate the requirements. Students can though contribute to this.
