In Bangladeah, using of antibiotic medicines are increasing dramatically. Sometime without doctors prescription or even doctors write unnecessary antibiotics without proper diagnose. So what is the harmful effect for human body?

From my point of view many problems raising when antibiotics are prescribed and used too often or unnecessary,
- raising antibiotic resistance
- impact on immune system of subject/patient
- impact on microbiom
- impact on childhood
- triggering an autoimmune disease
- neurotoxicity
Consequences for patient and children if women were treated with antibiotics could be very serious and prolonged or delayed in time. Few articles below shown only "peak of the iceberg".

The main issue with irrational use of antibiotics is the development of resistance by microorganisms to antibiotics that were effective once upon a time.
A common way resistance develops especially when used without prescription is that users fail to complete the course of the medication (e.g. take medication for two days instead of seven days). Initially, the microbes are depleted but because after medication is stopped, some survive. They may then change their structure or genetic material to forms that are resistant to the antibiotic in question. This make that same antibiotic ineffective if used when symptoms return or in another individual if transmitted.
As any drug, antibiotics are also harmful with a lot of side effects starting from allergy, fungal overgrowth, etc., but taken into account " less of the evil" fighting the infection a doctor must prescribe specific type of the antibiotic
