My county (Iran), is a country with large reserves of nonrenewable energy resources and only one percent of energy production in Iran comes from renewable sources of energy. However, with considering this issue, we don’t have any rule to reduce GHG emissions of generation energy from non-renewable energy resources. But, our government funds for producing the energy from renewable sources of energy. which one is better to reduce GHG emissions? Subside or rule?
