Hi to everyone,

I'm looking for a method or a software that allows me to convert a .nii file as a template like MNI152. I have downloaded a 3d MR template on a infant and I want to register some probe positions over it. But, I need to convert it as a template as attached image. How can I do this? Or at least, how can I convert this as the file "mniReg.mat"?
