I generated mass matrix by Abaqus, but it has nonzero off diagonal values.
I need to get lumped mass matrix with nonzero values only at the diagonal.
In Ansys I can turn Lump on and that produces a lumped diagonal mass matrix, but I do not know how to do that in Abaqus.

"If you want to use lumped mass matrix which only have diagonal elements, do not define density in material and go to the ‘Property‘ module and then go to the ‘Special->Inertia‘ to create the point mass/inertia. After successfully defined the point mass at the nodes you want, there will be a green square at the node with point mass."
Can you share your Abaqus model (*.inp)?
In PERMAS you can use
DEFAULT SET MASS = CONSISTENT
or
DEFAULT SET MASS = DIAGONAL
for a lumped mass matrix.
The only I could find about lumped mass in Abaqus is the next:
"The linear Timoshenko beam elements use a lumped mass formulation by default. The quadratic Timoshenko beam elements in Abaqus/Standard use a consistent mass formulation, except in dynamic procedures in which a lumped mass formulation with a 1/6, 2/3, 1/6 distribution is used. For details, see “Mass and inertia for Timoshenko beams,” Section 3.5.5 of the Abaqus Theory Manual. The quadratic Timoshenko beam elements in Abaqus/Explicit use a lumped mass formulation with a 1/6, 2/3, 1/6 distribution."
