Whatever the university may be (be it public sector or private sector) the ultimate goal is to impart quality education. the major difference between private and public is mechanism of check and balance. in private you are forced to do the things in public sector you may not face any compulsion or force to do the things on time. as for as quality is concerned private university have only choice to survive is to ensure quality
I strongly support to the given statement of shafig ibrahim Al-Haddad. Along with him i want to mention the definition of quality education which is A renewal of higher education is essential for the whole society to be able to face up to the challenges of the twenty-first century and to ensure its intellectual independence. Quality higher education needs to be restored to create and advance knowledge, educate and train responsible, enlightened citizens and qualified specialists, without whom no nation can progress economically, socially, culturally. So quality education depends on the following ranked (5-1) criteria.
5. Goodwill and Image: Accreditation, credit transfer facilities, affiliation,
direct branches and franchising.
4. Responsiveness: Willing and readiness of staff to provide service.
3. Competence: Required skills and knowledge to perform the service.
