Most of us can list organizations known for not only their economic success but their successes in building a culture in which workers are proud and happy to belong. In healthy-workplace job the work is fun and interesting and the people are human and decent, while in unhealthy-organization jobs, the atmosphere is completely different. In the search of organizational goals, many workplaces are taking an unhealthy ethics that disregards human welfare.

I just want to see from my friends what their experiences with Human Workplaces and inhuman workplaces have been. How a human-workplace becomes inhuman-workplace and how the situation can be reverted?
