Hip arthroscopy is commonly performed procedure in western populations but the literature from asian especially Indian population is rare. Any specific reason for that?

thank you sir for the response. I agree with you that number of Researchers from India and Asia have addEd to the literature on Arthroscopy. However, the aim of this question was reason for rarity of Hip arthroscopy in India and Asia as compared to the western population.
