You can use multi-criteria analysis to evaluate these factors, for example AHP method or other. There are papers in my profile that use multi-criteria analysis. So you will determine the weight (weight) of each criterion. The amount of emissions depends on the type of vehicle and the fuel consumption. The amount of CO2 emissions can be determined by one of the methods, such as:Methodology for calculating transportation emissions and energy consumption (MEET) Ecological transport information tool (ECOTRANSIT) National atmospheric emissions inventory (NAEI) or other method. The amount of CO2 depends on the vehicle speed, the distance and the emission factor.
Hi Harith. I wonder why you need to convert that values in traffic volumes. In my experience, the problem is usually the contrary.
I agree with Michele. Usually, conversion of VKT into emissions is sought.
