I am using IR2112 driver for mosfet in my project. When we are applying the signals at input of the driver circuit, it is showing the switching pulses on the low output, on high output it is showing always high, no pulse. Even i did check it several times, with different driver, problem remains same. I am inputting the switching signals from Arduino uno board and trying to switch MOSFET.
Can anyone please suggest the possible reason and its solution.

that's the reason! This voltage has to be in the range 10 V to 20 V. Below 10 V, and undervoltage circuit (UV in the block diagram in the datasheet) switches the output to the "high" state.
I suspect that there is something wrong with the external components, either the diode or the capacitor between VB and VS.

Thank you very much for the answer. I did simulation in Proteus and it was also showing voltage around 13 V. I will check again, I am using 0.01 mF capacitor between VB - VS. Attached file for reference.

three things in your attached file catch my attention:
- While you write 0.01 mF (= 10 uF) in your reply, the drawing says 0.01 uF, which is certainly not enough. 10 uF .. 22 uF would be fine in most applications.
- With a 1N4148, the supply voltage of the power stage is limited to about 75 V.
- Pin 5 = VS has a connection which leads beyond the bottom of the drawing. You have to make sure that VS is periodically switched to a potential near GND, in order to charge the capacitor via the diode. In most applications, this is achieved by connecting VS to the output of the power stage. If there isn't yet a power stage, you could use a circuit as shown in the right half of Figure 2 in the datasheet.
