Currently i am working on high gain boost converter. How to solve for DCM mode having more than one inductors.What basic idea is drawn to solve for dcm gain. How do i calculate critical values of both the inductors.
I would look through TI and Analog Devices/Linear datasheets and app notes for converters with similar architecture. They have design methods and formulae.

the voltage boost (if that is what you mean by "gain") depends on energy stored in the inductor, that includes input voltage, timing, inductance value, path impedance, etc., and the voltage rating of the output rectifier, to start with - if I understand your question.
