By "hidden jobs" I mean circumstances, in which organizations , traders or entrepreneurs have needs for contributions, but haven't made any public ads or contacts with employment agents or (public) services. The needs of the potential employer may also be poorly articulated.
By "hidden" jobs I do not mean for example illegal ones.
For example KANSARA, A., HAFEZ, M. & KAZI, L., 2016. Information Technologies in Human Resources Management: An Overview. ON APPLIED INTERNET AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES, introduce several related network services but do not offer any deeper analysis of the concept "hidden job" itself.
To me this issue appears as questions concerning (personal and collective) information seeking, management and use and related developments of skills and technology, but what kind of views can also be relevant?
