we have to consider placental blood perfusion, it may helpful. In addition to frequency of nausea, vomiting. weight loss, and dehydration may also considered.
Now that the cause of hyperemesis gravidarum has been identified as GDF15, and the fact that GDF15 is expressed by placental trophoblasts, it would seem like a missed opportunity not to investigate this link in your research.
