As nude mice still has Bcells,NK cells and DC cells. Will K562 cell lines survive in Balbc nude mice to create a xenograft model. There are very few publication who used this strategy to test anti-leukemic drugs. I do not see this happening in my trials. Any suggestions would be helpful.

You're right, this won't work. I think your reasoning is probably correct -- K562 are too vulnerable to NK cells. You'll need something fancier, like an IL2 receptor knockout. For details see e.g. PMID 26022250.
