Basically I am using an extract dilute in acetone, I cut a filter paper into half and put it on the petri dish with 2cm apart. Then, I will put the 0.5 ml extract on the treated filter paper and untreated with acetone until it completely dry. Termites will be released to the petri dish and I put the aluminium foil with holes as cover. The next 24 hours, all of the termites will die. Can anyone suggest any technique to keep the termites alive? Thank you.
