You can use SketchUp. It is a 3D modelling computer program for drawing applications especially for architectural, interior design, landscape architecture, civil and mechanical engineering, film and video game design. It is available as a web-based application and SketchUp Free is a nonpaid version.

SketchUp and 3D Max are the best. but if the shapes are simple you also can draw it by Photoshop.
