it is cadmium ferrite doped with rare earth metal it show great deviation from standard and more resemblance with rare earth iron oxide what should i do now? Should i label maximum peak with rare earth iron oxide? i m attaching file as well red one showing standard and blue one showing rare earth oxide.
You check with the cadmium ferrite JCPDS file and also that rare metal JCPDS file also seperatly. Their may be a slight difference in the obtained 2theta peak positions with JCPDS 2theta peak positions (+/- 0.3 degree). I think you had compared only with cadmium ferrite JCPDS file alone. Please check with both JCPDS seperatly. Otherwise, there may be two phase formation in the material or the doped material is not fully doped.
No Vigneshwaran Baskaran i compared it with both u can see the file that i attached.
It may be attributed to the lattice strain in the material I'm question.
