Briefly, if you order your data in Excel just enter the x-values (the dose or concentration) in one column (say column A) and the response of your replicates (from 1 to n) in columns B to B+n. Then copy into the GraphPad data file. Then log-transfrom your X-values and perform a non-linear regression with a built-in dose-response function.
